Coaching
I help leaders wake up, heal, and grow through the full-stack of human development—integrating body, mind, heart, and consciousness.
You’re likely here because some part of you senses more is possible.
Perhaps achievement hasn’t satisfied you in the way you hoped, or the work you’ve done on yourself hasn’t resulted in lasting ease. The same patterns of self-doubt, stress, or distraction still return, yet something in you knows your work—and your presence—could have a bigger impact. That more wants to move through you.
What I care most about is helping you create lasting change—the kind that raises your baseline of wellbeing, frees you from overthinking and old patterns, and makes your leadership more inspiring and effective.
In practice, that means learning how to:
Wake up to the profound joy of living from presence.
Grow up into the leader and human you know you can be.
Clean up what still pulls you back into cycles of harm.
Show up as fully as possible in your life, relationships, and work.
Open up to deeper intimacy, connection, and love.
What my clients say
My approach
My approach blends executive coaching, somatic psychotherapy, and spiritual insight to unfold both deeper presence and greater impact. I can go toe-to-toe on complexity and business strategy—or sit with you in silence and help you drop into the deeper intelligence of your being. What seems to help most, from what I’m told, is the compassionate nature of a somatic healer with the grounded practicality of an entrepreneurial operator.
I’m playful and lighthearted, fiercely loving, and unafraid to challenge you. We work to shift the patterns and conditioning that shape how you show up, allowing you to meet high-stakes challenges while opening to the freedom and vitality that already reside within you.
While every coaching relationship is unique and tailored to your needs and goals, my approach draws on several key pillars.
Core pillars
Presence & awareness
Developing attention and insight through meditation so presence becomes your baseline rather than a passing state. A shift in identity itself—from striving to being—that opens into stable inner freedom, joy, and trust in life.
Somatic psychotherapy
Somatic therapy rooted in Hakomi & IFS that unwinds anxiety, limiting beliefs, and protective patterns held in the nervous system. Meeting them with compassion frees energy and allows you to reorganize toward safety and confidence.
Psychological resilience
Cultivating maturity, courage, and the capacity to hold challenge with steadiness. As reactivity softens and perspective expands, you develop the discernment and integrity needed to navigate high-stakes decisions with spacious clarity.
Embodied leadership
Integrating self and work so your business expresses your deepest values and purpose. You learn to lead from your body rather than your head, unleashing your creative expression without fear and stepping up fully in every role you inhabit.
Heart & relational intelligence
Opening to deeper emotional and relational capacity with yourself, others, and the universe. Cultivating the vulnerability, empathy, and interpersonal intelligence essential for inspiring trust and leading with genuine impact and love.
Why an integral approach matters
Most coaching focuses on one dimension of growth, such as how you perform, how you heal, or how you awaken. Deep specialization is important, and I regularly refer clients to specialists when focused expertise would serve them best. You can think of me as a generalist who works thoroughly across disciplines, while understanding how all your systems interact. In my experience, it’s this integration that naturally gives way to genuine, lasting change.
Without waking up, a leader can only go so far. Expanded awareness doesn’t just feel good—it rapidly accelerates healing. Patterns that might take years to shift in therapy can dissolve in months when presence deepens. Healing, in turn, frees the energy that was bound in protective strategies, making leadership less strained and more alive. And psychological maturity ensures that all of this translates into applied impact, capable of meeting the complexities of our moment, rather than resorting to reactivity or spiritual bypassing.
It’s hard to overstate how profoundly this practice can shift your day-to-day experience. What once required constant effort becomes intuitive. Leadership, and life, flow naturally. Your work becomes inseparable from who you are. This is what I mean by full-stack development—mind, body, heart, and consciousness working as one intelligence.
What we work on together
Leading with wakefulness and ease
Scaling companies, navigating co-founder tension, board dynamics, M&A, or high-stakes decisions while staying aligned and in enjoyment. We tackle everything from how your inner state affects your decision-making to why certain coworkers trigger you and how your spiritual growth can reshape company culture.
Navigating transition and redefining what matters
Career shifts, post-exit clarity, becoming a parent, major loss, clarifying your purpose or dharma, or simply sensing that the next chapter requires something different. Perhaps you’re winding down a startup to build something new, considering leaving your role to coach, or realizing external validation no longer motivates you.
Finding genuine freedom from old patterns
Working with anxiety, chronic stress, your relationship to work, or harmful patterns that keep recycling despite your best efforts—whether that’s alcohol, screens, food, porn, or just the inability to be present when it counts. We address these somatically, where they’re actually held in your nervous system, so you can access more flow and vitality.
Other common work scenarios include: recovering from burnout; navigating relationship challenges or men’s issues; channeling visionary energy into tangible impact; integrating insights from meditation, therapy, or psychedelics into daily life; stabilizing a felt sense of trust and okayness with the universe; pursuing genuine spiritual realization while staying engaged with ordinary life.
Foundation & training
My background bridges two worlds: the drive of entrepreneurship and the depth of contemplative practice and somatic psychology. After a dozen years in Silicon Valley building startups, leading teams, and eventually facing a personal reckoning, I turned toward understanding what truly heals and transforms.
What began as an obsession with understanding my own suffering evolved into a vocation of helping others heal and awaken. I’ve coached dozens of founders and executives through birthing and selling companies, rebuilding after burnout, and everything in between. I’ve also supported people in profound experiences that shift the entire felt sense of self and reality.
Today I’m a Certified Hakomi Practitioner, trained in mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy—a gentle, experiential method that integrates principles from Buddhism, Taoism, and cutting-edge psychology to support deep healing and transformation. It helps you access the deep intelligence of your body to unwind old emotional patterns and defenses, allowing the nervous system to reorganize, the heart to open, and you to begin feeling freer, more alive, and more at home in yourself.
I also draw on Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Nonviolent Communication, transpersonal and Jungian psychology, and integral theory. Fellow philosophy nerds might notice that much of my approach reflects Ken Wilber’s framework of waking up, growing up, cleaning up, showing up—and, as he’s recently added, opening up.
For more than a decade, I’ve trained extensively in a range of contemplative and awakening-based traditions, including Buddhism, Hindu Tantra, various yogic systems, bare-bones nonduality, and ayahuasca lineages from South America. This training has transformed my life and continues to inform how I work and live.
I’ve also built programs and nonprofits from the ground up, pioneering new approaches in the addiction, psychedelic, and men’s work fields. Through my courses, writing, and retreats, I’ve supported hundreds of people across backgrounds and industries in waking up from numbing patterns, reconnecting with purpose, and creating lives of greater love.
Yet perhaps my greatest credential isn’t a certification or training but having faced and overcome immense personal challenges. Those experiences humbled me and propelled me on a long spiritual quest to discover what truly endures beneath it all. What I found was better than anything I could have imagined: a life more vibrant, peaceful, and free than I ever thought possible. That’s the essence of what I hope to share with you.
